Brailes Village Hall is a spacious community Village Hall with large car park ideal to hold parties, music events (the hall has a large wooden stage), meetings, dance classes, quizzes etc. There is a large hall with a polished wooden floor which can hold approximately 100 people for a sit down meal or approximately 200 people for music events (not seated). There are plenty of chairs (with cushions if needed) and 20 long tables (seats 8) and 15 small square tables. The field can also be used to erect marquees, hold sports events or summer concerts.
Also available by special prior arrangement is projection equipment and screen.
There is a large kitchen with two fridges, freezer, dishwasher, two cookers (one large commercial cooker), large coffee machine, constant hot water boiler, microwave, and urn. There are plenty of tea cups, plates and bowls and various side plates although you would need to provide your own cutlery and large dinner plates. Please note there are no pans, baking tray etc provided.
There are tea towels, cloths and table cloths provided.

Hire Rates
Local Rate (Parish Residents) £9.00/hour (Preparation time £4.50)
Outside Parish £12.00/hour (Preparation £6.00)
Licence Fee £10.00 (If you wish to provide alcohol or entertainment you must apply to the Committee for a Licence)
Electric cards for kitchen power £1.00
CARAVAN RALLIES
The Hall is sited on a large playing field with an open grassed area at the top of the field where we are licensed to hold Caravan Rallies. There is a Elsan point and stand pipe. We also have an electric hook up point available, please ring Lisa Bryan for details. The field can hold approximately 40 to 50 vans.
Caravan rate - £5.00 per unit per night (£1.50 extra for electric hook up)
The playing field has various children’s play equipment suitable for all ages.
A football pitched is marked out during the main season and rounders pitch.
